  • In the Professional services sector, it is important for job applicants and employers to correctly compare open positions and prospective employee profiles. By allowing semantic alignment and reasoning, the use of recruiting categorisations has proved to be of major advantage in the field. It is therefore highly important to develop knowledge bases (KB) whereby curricula vitae and job opportunities can be submitted and consulted in order to achieve the best performances for both candidates and employers. We implement a method to enhancing profile alignment, beginning with the use of filters reflecting knowledge and skills to describe jobs and applicants profiles.
