The presentation outlines the work, conducted at the Open Science Lab, TIB Hannover, concerning the extension of already existing external vocabulary services in VIVO. The approaches, which have been applied in this work, include Skosmos and various APIs. Furthermore the presentation provides the technical implementation of additional external services as well as future plans considering the integration of non-SKOS data and improvement of the integration processes.
